Preparation Instructions
Create Your Meal Simply Add: 500g Lean Diced Lamb 1 Large Onion (200g), Sliced 1 Medium Carrot (120g), Sliced 1½ Cup Mushrooms (120g), Quartered ½ Cup Peas (60g) Get Cooking: Stove: Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time 45 Minutes 1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in A Pan, Brown Lamb. Add Onion, Carrot and Mushrooms, Cook for 2 Minutes. 2. Add Combined 1¼ Cups (310ml) Water, and Maggi Recipe Base. Bring To the Boil, Stirring. 3. Cover and Simmer for 30 Minutes Or Until Lamb is Tender, Stirring Occasionally. Add Peas, Simmer for 2 Minutes. Enjoy! Oven: Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 1½ Hours 1. Preheat Oven To 180°c/160°c Fan Forced. 2. Place Lamb, Onion, Carrot and Mushrooms in Ovenproof Dish. 3. Stir in Combined 1¼ Cups (310ml) Water and Maggi Recipe Base, Cover. 4. Bake for 1½ Hours Or Until Lamb is Tender, Stirring Twice During Cooking. Stir in Peas for the Last 5 Minutes. Enjoy! No Need To Add Extra Salt.
